The Stage is a workplace design for local Photographer Caleb Alverado. Mr. Alverado is a trained architect who changed career paths when he realized he was more interested in the individuals who shaped their environments than the architecture itself.

The design of the studio is inspired by the concept of theater design, where the employees are put on stage as the actors and the community represents the viewing audience. The Center Stage consists of elevated platforms where employees perform within view of the community. The Back Stage area is behind the scenes, where the employees can collaborate more privately, out of clients' sight.  The Green Room is in the middle, where the employees and clients meet and Caleb can converse with his clients or host events opening up his studio to the community.

These ideas shaped the way we designed Mr. Alverado's photography studio, creating a performance theme within the space to help draw in clients and encourage a collaborative workplace for employees, clients and the community.
